Help Desk & Support for Member Libraries

Library Patrons: Please contact your home library for assistance with the SWAN catalog or other related issues.


For assistance from SWAN to Member Library Staff:

Call (844) SWAN-LIB or email Or you can log in to the SWAN Help Desk.

Member libraries are encouraged to report problems or send requests to our automated ticket system. This system operates using the Library Learning (L2) username and password.  Your L2 login is your email address associated with your L2 account.

  •  The SWAN ticket system updates any L2 account changes daily.  Please click the "SWAN Help Desk Login" link above to login.
  • If you need instructions on creating an L2 account, please refer to the following document here.

You can also use the SirsiDynix Support Site. Here you will find documentation, training, and support resources to help mazimize use of SirsiDynix products. You will need to login with credentials to use this site.
