Overdrive checkout error on mobile devices

Following Overdrive API changes in Enterprise, patrons checking out on a mobile device will see the following error when attempting to checkout and download titles from Overdrive: "You must be signed in to continue."

This error appears even when patrons are logged in. Titles are still checked out to the patron's account and downloadable from "My Account," but it appears the checkout was not successful.

We have put in a ticket with SirsiDynix and will update this known issue when the problem is resolved. As a short term solution until this is resolved, patrons can continue to successfully download titles through the Overdrive or Libby Apps, through BLUEcloud Mobile, and in Aspen for those libraries that are live.
