[SWANcom] Procedure for Damaged and Unusable RB_ILL items

SWAN has created new procedures for Unusable ILL Items and RB/ILL items Returned Damaged, please discard any old instructions you may have. We hope these new procedures will help clarify any confusion on how to handle these types of items.  In addition to simplifying the process of handling RB/ILL items these new steps will allow a more efficient reimbursement process as you will no longer have to open a ticket or call Helen to request billing.
