**RESOLVED** Symphony Server Outage 9/15

This afternoon, we experienced a spike in our Production Server load average.

This caused slowness, disconnects and general instability of the system.

We have resolved this issue and Symphony is once again performing as expected.

You may resume using WorkFlows at this time.


Any offline transactions will be uploaded and processed overnight.

We're currently working to resolve a Symphony server outage that began around 3:55PM on 9/15. In the meantime, please use WorkFlows in Offline mode to continue circulating.

 This outage affects the following services:

               -      Symphony Server

                              *   All WorkFlows access (cataloging, circulation, etc)

                              *   SIP2 3rd Party Vendor Integration (databases, electronic media)

                              *   SIP2 Hardware/Software Integration (AMH, self-check, PC reservation, print release)

               -      Enterprise

                              *   My Account Features (slow to access)

                              *   Commerce (slow to access)

                              *   Item Availability (slow to access)

               -      Bookmyne

               -      MobileCirc
