We're received confirmation from several libraries that Baker & Taylor has corrected authentication settings and patrons are again able to access their accounts and materials.


---Update on 11/8---

We're unfortunately still encountering authentication issues with Baker & Taylor Axis360 content. We've followed-up with Baker & Taylor Support for an update on the case and are awaiting a response. At this point, we're just waiting for Baker & Taylor to make the necessary changes. 

We apologize for the continued issues with this service and will continue to pursue B&T for a resolution.

SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff:

 We’ve received several reports of authentication issues with Baker & Taylor Axis360 content. After further investigation alongside Baker & Taylor support, we’ve found this issue is consortium-wide and relates to how their authentication services reference our server. Baker & Taylor is aware of the issue and is currently working toward a resolution. We expect these services will be back online by the end of the day today.

 Should you encounter any issues with other external vendors or digital content providers, please don’t hesitate to submit a ticket to SWAN for further investigation by emailing help@swanlibraries.net.
