BLUEcloud Central/Analytics Service Maintenance on Tuesday 1/16 (Evening)

We received confirmation today from SirsiDynix that this maintenance will occur after 10pm central, so the impact to our libraries will be minimal.

SWAN Member Library Staff:

Please be aware, SirsiDynix has informed us of scheduled maintenance for their BLUEcloud Central service tomorrow evening. This service houses several SWAN services that will also be impacted periodically by the maintenance.

While the specific times of this maintenance are not yet clear, SirsiDynix has indicated brief interruptions of these services throughout Tuesday evening.

The following services may experience intermittent downtime during the maintenance:

  • BLUEcloud Analytics
    • If you have any BLUEcloud Analytics report subscriptions scheduled to run on Tuesday evenings/nights you may want to schedule another report to run earlier in the day to avoid any interruptions.
  • BLUEcloud Commerce
    • Enterprise and WorkFlows may be unable to process payments at times. We’ll be posting a banner on Enterprise to inform patrons of this possibility.
  • MobileCirc

We expect all maintenance should conclude by Wednesday morning. We’ll send further SWANcoms should any issues arise.
