SWAN Member Library Staff:

We located a configuration mismatch between WorkFlows and SIP that created SIP connection errors at several libraries. We've since resolved the issue and are seeing successful SIP connectivity again at all libraries.

SWAN Member Libraries and Information Technology Staff:

We're received reports of SIP connectivity issues impacting several libraries, which may affect self-checks, sorters, PC reservation software, and potentially external vendors services.

We're investigating the issue now and will post additional SWANcoms as soon as more information becomes available.
