**Resolved**: SWAN Datacenter Outage on 5/17

SWAN Member Library Staff:

The SWAN/RAILS Datacenter outage has concluded and we do not expect any further downtime today. The issue was caused by a widespread outage of ICN, the RAILS datacenter Internet Service Provider. ICN has informed RAILS that the issue has since been resolved.

TIME OF OUTAGE: [9:00am on 5/17] 

IMPACT: All patron and library staff access to those services listed below will be unavailable during the outage. 

SERVICES:
Symphony Server
*   All WorkFlows access (cataloging, circulation, etc)
*   SIP2 3rd Party Vendor Integration (databases, electronic media)
*   SIP2 Hardware/Software Integration (AMH, self-check, PC reservation, print release)

Enterprise
*   My Account Features
*   Commerce
*   Item Availability

BlueCloud Analytics

SWAN Support Site, Patron Site, SWANcom

LIBRARY ACTION: Please use Offline mode in WorkFlows to continue circulation.

NOTE FROM SWAN:
We're currently experiencing an outage of the SWAN datacenter. We're investigating the issue and hope to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will send updates as soon as information becomes available.
