Mobile Circ - Do Not use for processing holds

While we continue to process through all holds-related issues which surfaced during N19 migration, we also want to send a reminder about using Mobile Circ.

A few years ago SWAN started seeing items showing available for holds while they were actually in transit to fill the hold. After investigation SirsiDynix found there was an issue with processing the On Shelf Items with Holds using Mobile Circ. When this issue occurs the patron also receives a pickup notice because the system thinks the item is available. We are asking you not to use Mobile Circ to process your pull list. You can continue to use it to locate the items but please bring them back to a workstation and check them in on WorkFlows.
