*Resolved* Intermittent Server Load Issues / Symphony Outage on 5/8

*Resolved at 12pm*

The server load average has leveled off and you’re clear to log back in to the WorkFlows server.

We’re still working to determine the root cause of the issue, but expect the server should remain stable for the remainder of the day. We’ll send additional SWANcoms should any further issues arise.

SWAN Member Library Staff:

We’re currently investigating an intermittent high load average on the Symphony/WorkFlows server and drops to the WorkFlows connection. This appears to be relating to a runaway harvest process.

We’ll send any news on the matter as soon as it becomes available.
