*Complete* Enterprise Upgrade/Downtime Thursday, September 20th, 12 a.m.

Update 9/20: The upgrade is complete, and on-order records now appear in the item detail display.

SWAN has scheduled an upgrade to Enterprise v5.0.0.7.

This upgrade will resolve an error with on-order records, which currently are not appearing in the item detail display.

We've scheduled the upgrade with SirsiDynix for September 20th at 12:00 a.m. This upgrade will require downtime of Enterprise, estimated at 1-3 hours for:

  • All Enterprise OPAC functions
  • Enterprise My Account functions (including payments)
  • Enterprise Search functions

Please note that Symphony WorkFlows, SIP2, and Web Services will not be affected by this outage. WorkFlows Offline Mode will not be required for this outage. We'll also be posting a notice to the Enterprise OPAC homepages to inform patrons of the outage.
