SWAN Member Library Staff:

We’re currently investigating an abnormally long-running SMS notice report that began at 11:43am. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this report, we’re unable to cancel it from our side, so we’re working with SirsiDynix to resolve the matter.

We’ll update this support site post as soon as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
