*Resolved* WorkFlows Outage on 4/9 - Please resume services online

---Resolved at 5:30pm on 4/9---

The Symphony WorkFlows server is back online and all services are again accessible.

The issue was caused by a brief hardware outage in the Azure environment. When the issue occurred, automated failover services worked to redeploy our system to another stable environment, where we’re now operating.

We’ll keep an eye on the system throughout the night and report any further issues if anything comes up.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to investigate the issue.

We’re currently experiencing an outage of the Symphony WorkFlows server. Please use WorkFlows in Offline mode until further notice.

We’ll send an updated SWANcom as soon as we have additional information.
