**Update on 6/27** The upgrade concluded at 4AM on 6/27 and all services have been restored. 

Mark your calendars – we’ve scheduled an upgrade to our Symphony Web Services version after hours this Thursday, 6/27 at 3 AM. The upgrade process is expected to take no longer than one hour, so we should be back up by 4 AM.

This upgrade will require downtime of Web Services, which will impact the following services during that time:

  • Enterprise My Account functions
    • Enterprise Holds
    • Enterprise Payment Services
  • MobileCirc
  • BookMyne
  • BLUEcloud Central Services

Please note that Symphony WorkFlows is not impacted by this outage and Offline mode will not be necessary.
