Important Changes to Reports Delivered via SWANcom

We will be changing the delivery of reports currently sent via SWANcom in an effort to reduce the number of communications via SWANcom. Effective August 1st, the reports noted will no longer be delivered via SWANcom and instead will be emailed exclusively to the SWAN aliased email accounts of each member library (AAA@notices.swanlibraries.net). To ensure each library continues to receive their reports, we are asking staff to verify that the departments responsible for processing them are included in the three aliased email accounts. You can verify your aliased email accounts by having your director (or other staff with L2 library-edit permissions) check the Aliased Email Webform on the SWAN Support Site.

The reports that will be delivered to the aliased email address instead of SWANcom are:

  • Item Library – Shelf Check for Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR): Delivered weekly on Mondays
  • Patron Library – Shelf Check for Custom Longoverdue Report (CLR): Delivered weekly on Mondays
  • Item Library - List Items in Transit for 10-30 days:  Delivered weekly on Thursdays
  • Transiting Library - List Items in Transit for 10-30 days:  Delivered weekly on Thursdays
  • Count Items Checked Out to Discard Last Month Paged by Library:  Delivered monthly on the 4th, or the first business day after
