Updates to Last Copy w/Holds in System Report

In June, we created the BLUEcloud Analytics report, “Missing, Discard or Lost items with holds report (Last Copy in System)” to assist libraries in processing their patrons’ holds on copies that may be unavailable in our system. Beginning Tuesday, August 6th, we’re further improving that process by automating the report. Every Tuesday, staff connected to the SWAN aliased email address (aaa@notices.swanlibraries.net) will receive a new copy of this report in an effort to improve the response time to impacted patrons and to process stale item records in our system more quickly.
