*Planned Downtime* Web Services 6.0.3 Upgrade on 11/5, 2 AM

Mark your calendars – we’ve scheduled an upgrade to our Symphony Web Services after-hours on Thursday, November 5th at 2 AM. The upgrade process may take a few hours, but we expect to be back up by 5 AM.

This upgrade will require downtime of Symphony Web Services, which will impact the following services during that time:

  • Enterprise My Account functions
  • Enterprise Holds
  • Enterprise Payment Services
  • Enterprise item availability statuses
  • MobileCirc
  • BookMyne
  • BLUEcloud Central Services

Please note that Symphony WorkFlows will not be impacted by this outage and Offline mode will not be necessary. Additionally, Enterprise will be accessible but with limited functionality as noted.

We'll submit a status update to this news post on Thursday morning after the upgrade has concluded.
