Several libraries had reported issues authenticating patron cards against their PC Reservation systems following the Azure server migration. This is due to a mismatch with the authentication (ILS) server address, which requires an update to the PC Reservation console settings.
- Previous server IP: 10.120.131.50
- NEW server IP: 10.123.0.8
Alternatively, for libraries using PC Reservation version 4.5 or above, the ILS server's hostname should be used in-place of the IP address. This will prevent future issues should the server IP address change again. We strongly recommend updating your PC Reservation software to support this configuration.
