We've received intermittent reports of patrons that are unsearchable by name or other account fields, but can be located by their barcode. We've found this is due to an error in an overnight maintenance report, which did not conclude successfully due to a malformed patron record.
We're currently in contact with SirsiDynix staff for further investigation and are currently running through processes to resolve the issue. We expect it will be resolved with tonight's overnight maintenance, if not early this afternoon. In the meantime, if a patron is unsearchable by name, their barcode should work (if available).
