Description: 

We're currently experiencing intermittent outages and slowness of the SWAN BLUEcloud Mobile App. We've escalated the case to SirsiDynix support and hope to have additional details soon.

SirsiDynix responded that the issue was due to a SaaS-hosted server low on resources. SirsiDynix has resolved the issue and the app is working again as expected.

We are seeing the server issues again this afternoon.
