SirsiDynix BLUEcloud Outage on 5/27/2022

BLUEcloud Central

SirsiDynix is reporting intermittent outages of their BLUEcloud server host this morning, affecting access to many of SWAN's BLUEcloud products. The following services may be inaccessible while SirsiDynix investigates this issue:

  • BLUEcloud Analytics
    • Delivery of scheduled BLUEcloud Analytics reports
  • BLUEcloud Acquisitions
  • BLUEcloud Circulation
  • BLUEcloud Cataloging
  • BLUEcloud Mobile App (patron-facing)
  • BLUEcloud Mobile Staff (aka BLUEcloud MobileCirc)
  • BLUEcloud Central Management
  • Workflows credit card payment services

This outage does not affect access to WorkFlows, or Aspen.
