SirsiDynix has encountered an issue with their update, the maintenance is ongoing.
We will continue to update this known issue with information as we receive it.

SirsiDynix Release Message
To improve performance and resolve issues that have been causing unexpected downtime, we have scheduled maintenance for NA1, NA2 and NA3 instances of BLUEcloud Central products as well as BLUEcloud Mobile, BLUEcloud SMS, and BLUEcloud Analytics on June 16, 2022 at 9:00 AM . All hosted BLUEcloud products will be inaccessible for approximately two hours during the maintenance window.
SWAN has suspended SMS message notification reports until the service is fully restored. While text messages will be slightly delayed, they will run as soon as service has been restored.
The following services will be disrupted:
- BLUEcloud Acquisitions
- BLUEcloud Cataloging
- BLUEcloud Circulation

BLUEcloud Mobile App (following feature impacted)
- Fine payments through the mobile app
- Electronic resources accessed through the mobile app
- BLUEcloud Analytics (our previous day processing should be complete, but scheduled jobs and access to the interface will be impacted during the maintenance window)
- BLUEcloud Commerce-Propay payments made in WorkFlows
