We have verified that our database indexes are clean and do not anticipate any further issues or errors while searching.
Cataloging may resume at this time.

A script was run against our system to reindex two of our database segments yesterday. This script ran without errors, and last night's overnight processing reports also ran clean. We have verified that the examples provided to us are now searchable in the system.
We will provide an update regarding the partial cataloging freeze as soon as possible.

We continues to see indexing errors this morning. If you come across errors with specific records, please email a list to help@swanlibraries.net and we’ll forward them to SirsiDynix for further investigation and temporary correction.

Our processing is still behind schedule but is catching up. That process includes:
- Updating Patron blocking for Fine Free libraries - COMPLETED
- Expiring holds
- Auto-renewals
- Courtesy notices
- Billing
- Reminder Hold Pickup notices
- Overdue notices
Acquisitions and Cataloging: please wait until an all clear from us before resuming work. Do not schedule any reports until you receive our all clear.
Circulation: you may continue work as usual, be aware some new item and patron records may not be searchable until the processing has finished.
We will continue to update the issue as we have more information.

One of our overnight maintenance reports, ADUText, which handles our daily record maintenance and processing, terminated abnormally.
