All libraries that are not yet live on Aspen should complete the Aspen Configuration form by January 31st.
Kickoff meeting recording and slides
If you were unable to attend the Aspen Cohort 2 Kickoff Meeting, you can view the recording and slides, which include more information about the configuration options available to you. In addition, they cover a helpful "to do" list for your library to help you prepare for the switch to a new catalog.
Trainings
If you have not yet registered for the Aspen Administration trainings, you can find those on L2 and register now. The first Aspen Administration training is January 18th. All-staff trainings are recorded and available to watch anytime.
Go-Live
As a reminder, the soft launch date for Aspen is March 8th. On this date, Aspen will be available to all patrons via a link from Enterprise. Enterprise will no longer be available after April 26th, and we encourage you to update your websites by April 1st.
