SirsiDynix has completed the BLUEcloud Analytics URL changes for North American clusters (noam).
This basically means that our login page for BLUEcloud Analytics has changed to:
https://noam-bca-2.bc.sirsidynix.net/bcanalytics/asp/Main.aspx
If you have saved links or shared links to reports, the URL to access those has also changed. There will be no automatic redirect to the new URL. However, the link to your saved reports will work if you make the following change:
Wherever you find this:
https://na1-microstrategy.bc.sirsidynix.net/....
Change to this:
https://noam-bca-2.bc.sirsidynix.net/...
Everything following the changed base URL cluster will remain the same. Refer to our support documentation for direct links to login to BLUEcloud Analytics.
Documentation Updates
SWAN staff will be updating links embedded in our documentation pages on the support site. We will NOT be updating embedded links within previously published news posts.
