WorkFlows Reports Toolbar Missing, Toolbar Inconsistencies in Old 3.5.3 Clients

For library staff running the recently retired WorkFlows 3.5.3 client, we've received tickets that the Reports toolbar and possibly other WorkFlows toolbar buttons may be missing due to a recently uncovered bug. We'll be working with SirsiDynix to investigate the issue further, but in the meantime, please try the options below to restore access.
