Due to an unexpected system error, emails sent from the Symphony server were not delivered to patrons or staff this Saturday or Sunday. This includes all emailed notices, reports, and receipts.
We determined that the issue resulted from a misconfigured service following recent system updates. We have resolved the issue and the server has resumed sending all emails. However, we have been unable to resend emails that should have been delivered to patrons and staff throughout the weekend. We will continue to review options to capture these missed notices into Monday and will provide updates to this Known Issue as they become available.
