*Resolved* Network/VPN Outage 10/7

We’re currently investigating notices of a widespread network/VPN outage across our libraries. This appears to be part of a larger outage, either with the Microsoft Azure platform which hosts our server environment or with a major internet service provider.

As of 12pm, the outage appears to have subsided, lasting only a few minutes. Most libraries have been able to reconnect. If your library is still down, please let us know by emailing the SWAN ticketing system.
