Join us for a demonstration and discussion on configuration of OCLC Services. We will show SWAN scoping in OCLC WorldCat Discovery and the process of enabling patron-initiated ILL requests through authentication via library card, as well as how staff receive those requests for mediation.
SWAN staff have configured OCLC Service Configuration settings and updated catalog links to integrate these services. Libraries can decide if they want to enable patron-initiated ILL or not, or if they want to further configure WorldCat Discovery.
