Session 2: Borrowing in WorldShare ILL
In the second session of the series, we look more closely at the process of placing requests (borrowing) in WorldShare ILL. Identifying which libraries hold the title you are requesting and use of state holdings and custom holdings can help expedite delivery. While 99% of all interlibrary loan transactions will be problem-free, this session reviews some of the 1% exceptions, including: lost items and incomplete queue updates.
