ILL Boot Camp: Providing electronic copies to libraries

This session covers configuration and use of Article Exchange to fill copy requests in WorldShare. We review using Article Exchange within the ILL request form for requesting and supplying electronic copies, as well as a utility for direct transfer of internal files to colleauges and patrons.

The session reviews settings in the OCLC Policies Directory and Service Configuration to support use of Article Exchange.
