This workshop will review both WorkFlows and Aspen search strategies to help patrons access materials. Learn how to use both tools together to serve your patrons, locate materials, and investigate the statuses of items and holds.
While the workshop is geared toward public services staff responsible for assisting patrons, any Symphony WorkFlows or Aspen user will benefit.
