'Forbidden' error in OpenAthens

We have received reports of some users getting errors in OpenAthens when accessing resources outside of the library.

If you have a report of an error please send a ticket to help@swanlibraries.net and it can be fixed immediately.

Open Athens upgraded the permission sets and we have been experiencing log in errors with individual library links to resources. We are working to test all Athens links.
