*Resolved* SWAN Mobile App Outage 1/11/2021

When attempting to use the SWAN Mobile App on any device (Android or iOS) on any network, users are reporting the following errors:

  • When logging in: "Sorry there is a problem communicating with the catalog server at the moment."
  • When searching: "Could not connect to catalog provider."

We've escalated the issue to SirsiDynix for further investigation and will post any updates to this Known Issue.
