BLUEcloud MobileStaff - Login/Authentication Issue 4/21/2022

BLUEcloud MobileStaff is currently experiencing an issue that prevents users from logging in.

SirsiDynix has identified and is working on a resolution for this issue. They anticipate applying a patch no later than tomorrow.

In the mean time, attempts to log in to the app will likely result in the following error:

  • "No policy type description VERIFY_COUNTRYCODE (VERIFY_COUNTRYCODE)."

We will update this known issue once SirsiDynix has confirmed a successful patch.
