Following the most recent Aspen release, holds and formats are unavailable for some grouped works in Aspen. Some records are showing the message "The library does not own any copies of this title," and they are missing the hold button and location information.
SWAN is working with the Aspen developers to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, but you will likely see this problem throughout the day today, June 8th, as a full index of Aspen runs.
In the interim, library staff can place holds through WorkFlows, and patrons can place holds through the BLUEcloud Mobile app.
