OTRS Ticketing System Not Accessible - Urgent matters call 844-SWANLIB

OTRS service was restored prior to 3PM 10/28/2022

SWAN staff are not currently able to access newly created tickets and library staff replies to existing tickets. We will reply to any new tickets or replies already sent as soon as we are able to access them.
