OTRS service was restored prior to 3PM 10/28/2022

SWAN staff are not currently able to access newly created tickets and library staff replies to existing tickets. We will reply to any new tickets or replies already sent as soon as we are able to access them.

If you have an urgent matter that needs our immediate attention please call us at 844-SWANLIB (844-792-6542)

We will update this issue as we have more information.
