It appears that some titles checked out in November and December 2024 may not have been added to patrons' checkout histories. During this time, we were experiencing a denial of service attack, and when the network was overwhelmed, some checkouts may not have gotten through to the catalog.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pinpoint which patrons were affected. The best course of action for patrons that may be missing titles is to add those titles to their history manually.
SWAN will also add an alert to the My Account section of the catalog that will stay up through February 17th, 2025.
