Your Aspen Administration logins are now available!
Directors
Directors should make sure you can access these through the accounts and logins for your library. SWAN will cover the different logins and what they do in the Aspen Cohort 2 Kickoff meeting on January 10th. Be sure at least one person from your library is registered for that meeting.
If you want to distribute the administration logins before the kickoff, take a look at our documentation on Aspen Administration & Permissions for guidance on how to assign the four different administration roles.
Library Staff
All staff can start using your catalog! Find the link for your Aspen catalog - this will also be the link you will use when you go live.
If you know that you will be attending the Aspen administration trainings:

Go ahead and start the Aspen all-staff trainings.
- Aspen administrators should complete the all-staff trainings by January 31st.
- The Aspen administration trainings will not cover the contents of the all staff trainings, and you should be familiar with the catalog before you start administration trainings.
- Save the dates for Aspen administration trainings
