The January 2022 (October- December) Quarterly Billing is complete, and the invoices and checks will be mailed shortly. Documentation is available to help guide member library staff through the Billing Summary sheet as well as the detail statement reports folder accessible in BlueCloud Analytics Shared Reports.
Library Directors have been provided with BCA login credentials. If you are a Director and do not have access to the BCA reports, please open a ticket at help@swanlibraries.net.
Below you will find a statistical evaluation of the billing quarter to help contextualize the data. It includes a narrative explanation of report function and what unexpected amounts could mean. Feel free to email help@swanlibraries.net if you have any questions about your billing.

1/24/2022 Update: Reports 2, 5, 8, and 11 are returning errors. Your patience is appreciated while we work with SirsiDynix to resolve this issue.
1/24/2022 Afternoon update: Until the original reports are fixed, please use the copies uploaded to the parent folder. The copies will be deleted when the originals are repaired.
1/26/2022 Update: The corrupted cubes and dependent reports have been deleted and replaced with backup copies. They have been tested and seem to be working as-expected. Please open a support ticket if any additional issues manifest.
