MobileCirc Outage / Errors When Logging In

When attempting to login to MobileCirc, library staff may see one or both of the following errors when attempting to log into MobileCirc:

  • Policy USEFOR of type /policy/catalogEntryID does not exist.
  • Policy BIRTHDATE of type /policy/catalogEntryID does not exist.

We are working with SirsiDynix to resolve this issue.
