App Search Indexing Issues

The BLUEcloud Mobile app is currently experiencing search indexing issues. If you search in BLUEcloud Mobile, you may not see some items that are returned in a search in Enterprise. We are working with SirsiDynix to resolve the issue and will post further updates as we receive them.

Search indexing has a temporary fix, and titles should be appearing in the app. However, indexes are still taking an extremely long time to run and SirsiDynix is still investigating to fully resolve the issue.
