*RESOLVED* Symphony WorkFlows Outage

Please be aware, we’re currently experiencing issues resulting in WorkFlows being down. We are in contact with SirsiDynix and working on the issue now. This outage causes the following issues

  • All external authentication is down
  • All My Account functionality is down

We will update this issue as we have more information.

SWAN and SirsiDynix identified an issue with the Symphony database. We resolved the issue, and will be taking preventative action to prevent future occurrence.
