The E-Resource Working Group is comprised of library staff across public and technical services. The group will work together to review troubleshooting topics and documentation of electronic content that is relevant to SWAN member libraries. The group will also vote and work on an annual project.
Membership
The group meets for one calendar year. An open sign-up process will start in October of each year. Invitations will be sent only to members who go through the sign-up process.

Responsibilities
- Attend group meetings
- Actively participate in group meetings
- Contribute to documentation as needed
- Contribute topics of discussion
- Communicate with other group members through SharePoint, SWAN Community Forums, e-mail lists, etc.
Meetings
This group will meet three times per year. Meetings are not recorded, but the chair provides notes for each meeting and any additional updates will be through regular SWAN communication channels.
