The report queue has caught up and all notices have been sent, you may again run reports as needed. Things appear to be running well, we have not received any reports about locked records or searching issues. We will be monitoring the system over the holiday weekend. Continue to report any issues by sending an email to help@swanlibraries.net.

The overnight processing has concluded with the exception of overdue notices. The report schedule is still behind, please refrain from scheduling any unnecessary reports to allow the queue to get caught up.
Circulation: Continue work as usual
Acquisitions and Cataloging: You may resume work. Avoid scheduling new reports

The overnight processing is continuing to run. As happened yesterday the rest of our overnight processing is behind. The delayed processing includes:
- Expiring Holds
- Billing of items 42 days overdue
- Resetting of Onshelf Items wizard
- Autorenewals
- All notices

SirsiDynix has identified some problematic files from the overnight processing. They have moved the files out of the processing and restarted the process. While this will delay the reports for the day we have decided it is best to resolve the issue before the holiday. Continue to follow the guidelines outlined in the 7:06 AM update below.

Nightly processing is still running. Locked bibliographic records appear to be corrected. Please follow these guidelines as we continue to monitor completion of the nightly processes.
Circulation: Proceed as usual, if you get a locked record message, please report this to help@swanlibraries.net
Acquisitions and Cataloging: Please hold off processing any Overlays, Bib Load, or Bib Order Load Reports.
We will provide an update at 8:30 AM to share status.

While most of the delayed issues were resolved we are still experiencing indexing issues. The indexing issues have resulted in multiple locked bibliographic records. Due to the locked records we have the following updates:
Circulation: If you experience a locked record message at checkout please use Offline Circulation to process the checkout.
Acquisitions and Cataloging: Do NOT process any Overlays, Bib Load, or Bib Order Load reports. You may continue to add items to bib records that are not locked.
We have been advised by SirsiDynix that tonight's processing should be completed and verified before resuming normal operations. We will update this issue once we have verified the processing in the morning.

- Patron blocking for Fine Free libraries

- Resetting of Onshelf Items wizard
Acquisitions and Cataloging work may resume
Circulation work can continue to work as normal
