Now that RAILS Delivery is no longer asking libraries to quarantine library material before transiting, a majority of our SWAN libraries have stopped their local quarantine practice. Effective immediately, we have removed the mention of quarantine from our notices.
Also, we have added language on overdue notices advising patrons that their records may be blocked if items are not returned.
