Join SWAN staff for a showcase of MessageBee's List Notification features. These tools allow library staff to generate two types of mailing lists: Audience Lists for patrons to opt-in to receive communications on specific topics, and Dynamic Lists that allow you to communicate with patrons based on parameters in the user profile. In this session, SWAN staff will demonstrate the tools for maintaining lists, creating mailing templates, and sending the final product.
We will also outline what is required to opt into this service for any interested libraries. There will be a cost involved.
