We’re currently monitoring a long-running overnight maintenance report, ADUText, which is creating significant delays to the morning report schedule.
This report is processing a higher volume of records due to the addition of Green Hills migration data, and could extend later into the morning. As ADUText and the subsequent RebuildItem report process, you may encounter several errors:
- “Heading keys need to be indexed," "Hatwrapper Exception," or "Record locked for update" when accessing an item record
- Item records are unsearchable by title (but can be accessed by Standard Number)
- Various general indexing errors when accessing or attempting to catalog item records
All items should be searchable without errors in Enterprise, and any WorkFlows errors should resolve as these two reports conclude.
