SWAN has negotiated a group discount for Comics Plus from Library Pass. With Comics Plus, readers have unlimited, simultaneous access to digital comics, graphic novels, and manga. Patrons can access using the Library Pass platform on a smartphone, tablet, or within a web browser. This discount is available for public libraries at this time.
