This course can also serve as a refresher or review for library staff who may have never had training and want more information about ILL on OCLC. During this course you will learn the basic concepts for WorldShare ILL such as create staff account and login to the service, define ILL policies, configure ILL options to speed up request processing, and search for items to submit and process ILL requests.Course Handouts:
